Dear Year 1 Families,
This half term, our new unit is ‘How We Express Ourselves’, and the children have already begun exploring different authors, illustrators and artists. On Monday 20th May 2024, we will be going on an exciting trip to Disneyland, where we will participate in a workshop led by the Disney Youth Programme. The children will transform into Disney animators and will go on a creative journey behind the creation of animation. After the workshop, they will have a picnic lunch within the park and there will be an opportunity for them to experience a number of rides, if desired, before returning back to school.
Date: 20.05.2024
Drop off & Pick up: As normal, 8.25am – 3.10pm
Trip Time: 9am – 2pm
What to wear: PE uniform, DBIS hat. Please apply sunscreen and insect repellent.
What to bring: A water bottle, snack and packed lunch appropriate for a picnic.
Cost: HK$380
The deadline for payment for the trip is Friday 26th April 2024.

At present, we will require a small number of parent helpers to support with our trip. We will communicate this with you in due course.
