Please read and make note of the following information for the start of the 2024/2025 academic year.
Year 10 Students 2024/2025
- Monday 19th August:
- All Year 9 DBIS students joining Year 10 in 2024/25 should arrive by 11 am and will be greeted by the Head of Year 10, Mrs Amrith Prabhu. She will direct you to your tutor rooms. Staff will be expecting you from 10:50 am.
- Students should be in school uniform and bring their pencil case, padlock and laptop. The school canteen will be available for those who require it.
- Year 10s will be released around 1 pm.Â
- Tuesday 20th August:
- All students in Year 10 should be present at school by 8:20 am. School gates will be opened from 8 am.
Meet the Team and Important Dates:
The key school dates for the academic year will all be on the school website before the start of the new school year. There will also be important Meet the Team events for each Year group in the evening during the opening weeks, allowing us to share important information about the year ahead for your child and connect with their Head of Year and tutor. Your child’s Head of Year will also communicate with parents during the first weekend of the school year to ensure that you know all the key information about events for your child during the first term of 2024-25.
