Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope you all have had a good week and make the most of this wonderful weather over the weekend.
I just wanted to remind you that there will be an assessment week from 16th – 20th November. These are not the official mock examinations but will provide an incredibly valuable opportunity to gauge progress, to identify areas that require further attention and to shape constructive learning conversations with the students, as we seek to ensure that their learning journey remains positive. These assessments will take place during lessons.
I would be very grateful if you could support me and the tutor team with ensuring school diaries are signed on a weekly basis. It has become evident that a number of students are not using these effectively and as a result are often missing deadlines, forgetting equipment or being otherwise disorganised.
