Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are looking forward to welcoming your children to school next week for the start of the 2024–25 academic year.
Please note the following information regarding dates and timings for Year 12 students.
- Wednesday 14th August:
- All Year 12 students who are new to DBIS should arrive at the North Plaza Campus with their parents at 3pm for an orientation event. The event will last approximately one hour.
- Monday 19th August:
- All Year 12 students should arrive at the Main Campus, ready for an 20am start. Students will be given information about their schedule for the remainder of the week and where they need to go each day. Students will be dismissed at 3.20pm.
- Students should wear casual clothing, suitable for taking part in active pursuits. Open-toed shoes should not be worn.*
* Please note that casual clothing should also be worn on Tuesday 20th August.
Meet the Team and Important Dates:
The Head/Deputy Head of Sixth Form and the Sixth Form tutors will host a ‘Meet the Team’ event for parents at 6.15pm on Wednesday 21st August at the Main Campus. The team will share further details about this and other key dates for Term 1 in a bulletin notice on the DBIS Hub.
