Dear Parents,
We are over the moon to finally be able to welcome you back to school for the final weeks of Year 3. Although we wish that we could have had longer with your wonderful children, we are overjoyed that we will have at least some time with them before sending them off to Year 4. We will do our utmost to ensure that their final memories of Year 3 are feelings of security, joy and humour that they will be able to treasure forever.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the time and patience that you dedicated to your child’s home learning over the past 4 months. Your support has been invaluable and we have been continually impressed and amazed by the quantity and quality of home learning that we have seen in Year 3.
Over the next few weeks, we will finish off our Active Planet unit in Discovery lessons. In maths, we will revise multiplication and division. We will also create as many opportunities for writing as we can in an effort to prepare the children for Year 4. However, our main priority will be health and safety, as well as the wellbeing of your children.Â
