Dear Year 5 Families,
We hope that you have all had a wonderful start to Term 2.
We are excited to be in the final stages of organising our Year 5 Camp, which will take place from 23rd to 26th March.
An enormous thank you to all parents who have completed the permission Jotform and made the first payment. For any families who have not yet completed the Jotform, Mrs Sarah Marshall has emailed you separately with the links needed. We ask that these are completed at your earliest convenience.
This is a gentle reminder that the final payment deadline for camp is approaching.
Payment Information
The total cost for camp is HK$5,600, covering transport, accommodation, activities and food.
An initial 50% deposit of HK$2,800 was due on Friday 12th December 2025 (thank you to all parents who have already paid this).
The remaining 50% of HK$2,800 is due by Friday 20th February 2026.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer to our HSBC account #111-459624-001.
After payment, please email [email protected] with your bank confirmation and child’s name.
