Year 5 Celebration of Learning

Dear Year 5 families,

We are delighted to invite you to the Year 5 Celebration of Learning afternoon on Thursday 19th January between 2.10pm and 3pm in your child’s classroom. 

In our current unit, ‘Our Hong Kong’, the children have been creating virtual travel guides, including their own walking tour of Hong Kong. They have also created collaged skylines, constructed weather-proof buildings and have written about what life may have been like in the Walled City of Kowloon. We are thrilled to be able to share all of their amazing learning with you. 

On the day, between 2.10pm and 3pm, the children will become your own personal travel guide in their classrooms, before taking you on a tour of the Walled City in our shared space. If you are able to attend, please ensure masks are worn and you register on the Leave Home Safe app prior to coming onto the school campus.

Thank you so much for all the support you have given the children, and us this term. We look forward to opening our classrooms and celebrating the children’s incredible learning after the upcoming break.
