Dear Parents
I am very sorry for the issues we are currently experiencing with access to reports. The school uses a Management Information System, iSAMS and we understand that iSAMS’ main application is down which means both the school and parents cannot access the system. Our IT team have raised the concern with ISAMs who are working to resolve the issue. Unfortunately this is taking longer than expected and as this involves working with an external agency, the school is unable to rectify the problems itself.
I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused as I am aware that many parents are trying to access the parent portal for reports. Given that iSAMs is also the system we use to directly communicate with parents via email, I am also unable to email families directly with an update so hope those who have seen this Hub bulletin are able to share the message with others as the issue will affect all families.
We hope to have an update as soon as possible.
