Default Email Signature Implementation and Staff Action Required

Dear colleagues,

The IT department will be implementing a default email signature for all staff members, aimed at improving consistency in our emails. Starting Monday, 5th February,  every email you send through your DBIS email account will automatically be appended with the following standardized email signature:

To further personalize your email signature, we kindly request all staff members to add their respective names and job titles on top of the default email signature. To assist you in this process, we have attached a step-by-step procedure guide – Create a Gmail Signature.
