Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are going to be working with The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust for their ‘Jockey Club Children’s Oral Health Project’. This is an exciting project that will bring awareness and understanding of children’s oral health.
If you would like your child to be involved in this project, please fill in the consent form (a copy will be sent home with your child) and return it to school before Friday 24th November. The consent form provides further information about the project and what the check involves. The checks will take place at school on Thursday 7th December.
