Dear Parents,
Please be reminded that the EY1, Year 5/Year 6 girls and Year 6 student immunisations are scheduled for Monday 20th June 2022. The immunisations for each group are as follows:
- EY1 – MMR/MMRV
- Year 5/Year 6 Girls – HPV 1st or 2nd dose
- Year 6 – MMR/MMRV & Hep B
If you have not already, please return the necessary consent forms and original immunisation records to the medical room before the 13th of June deadline.
