Dear Parents and/or Guardians,
It was a lovely opportunity to meet so many parents of students who are new to the Secondary on Monday the 26th of August. I appreciated the very positive comments that parents made when describing how well their children had settled into the Secondary school, and how much the children were enjoying their new school. There were many examples of making new friends as well as having friendly and supportive teachers who were engaging with interesting and valuable learning opportunities.
I said at the meeting that we were focused on ensuring that communication was excellent from the Secondary school and this is an area that I will be working with colleagues diligently to ensure that everyone of you feels you are informed about what is happening within the school.
