PANTs Parent Workshop – Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2

Dear Parents and Carers,

At DBIS we are extremely committed to supporting the social, emotional, psychological and physical development of all of our students. Coupled with this is our drive to always provide the most robust and rigorous safeguarding and child protection procedures possible.

As part of this ongoing commitment, we would like to announce our continuation of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) PANT’s educational programme for children in our Early Year’s Reception classes and also in Years 1 and 2.  We will be running the presentation from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Globe on Tuesday 14th  May.

Should you wish to find out more about the NSPCC, the PANTS Programme and the ‘Underwear Rule’ then please see the links below:

The session will be delivered in two parts with the first half being a presentation about the rationale for the PANTS Programme and an introduction to the programme and its general contents.  The second half of the session will be given over to audience questions.
