We are seeking to appoint Part time Assistants for Lunch Duty cover.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain the safety and security of all children during lunch hour.
- Managing issues and problems during lunchtime while ensuring students’ wellbeing.
- Encouraging good table manners.
- Handling student behaviours and altercations if and when they arise.
Skills and Abilities:
- The ability to maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children.
- An ability to carry out light physical duties i.e. setting up resources.
- Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours.
- A positive attitude to use of authority and maintaining discipline.
- Good organisational skills.
Pay rate: HK$130 per hour.
