Dear Parents and Guardians of Year 12,
I am writing with a couple of updates to the details of our Year 12 Activity Programme taking place from Wednesday 31st May to Friday 2nd June.
On Thursday 1st June, we will depart from the North Plaza at 9am, and on Friday 2nd June at 8.30am. Please ensure that your child is registered with their tutor at 8.20am on both days to ensure we depart on time.
CityU have also advised that they will be taking photographs at the event they are hosting for us. Please let me know via email at [email protected] if you do not give permission for your child’s photograph to be used in any of their promotional materials after the event.
