Dear Parents,
We would like to kindly remind you that Year 3 Show will be on Wednesday 20th February. Refreshments will be avaiable in the Boardwalk Cafe from 5:15pm and the show will start at 6:00 pm. Please note that tickets will be sent home on Thursday the 31st, January and each family will receive 2 tickets. Closer to the performance you will also receive a QR code with a link to the show programme.
On show night, we ask that your child be dropped off at 5:00 pm. They can wear their own clothes and we will help them change them into their costume once they arrive. We advise that they bring their water bottle and that they have had dinner and a rest before they arrive. On Thursday the 21st of February, the children should arrive at school at 10:25 am to allow them to sleep in after their late night.
The technical rehearsal for the Early Years students and helpers will be on Friday 15th February at 10:30. We ask that your helpers are seated by 10:15am. Due to space limiations we are sorry but we can not accomodate siblings that do not attend the Early Years at this performance. The dress reherasals for the primary students to attend, will be on Monday the 18th and Tuesday the 19th February. If you are unable to attend the Wednesday night performance but would like to attend one of the dress rehearsals, please let your class teacher know and this can be arranged.

The show will be recorded and DVDs will be available. We will send out details with how to order these following the show.
