Dear Parents and Guardians of Year 6 Students,
It’s almost time for the Year 6 Graduation Event. This event is always a highlight, and we hope all the Year 6 children will be able to attend!
When: Friday 9th June 2023, 6pm–9pm
Where: Auberge Hotel, Discovery Bay
Cost: HK$600 – this includes the cost of the party and a souvenir graduation hoodie featuring all the names of the 2023 Year 6 graduates (cost of party HK$400; cost of hoodie HK$200)
Confirm Your Child’s Place
To confirm your child’s place and/or reserve their hoodie, please make the relevant payment in cash to DBIS Primary School Reception by Thursday 30th March.
Please place the cash in an envelope and clearly mark the envelope with you child’s details as follows:
– First & Last Name
– Class
– Party + Hoodie / Party Only / Hoodie Only
– Amount
e.g.:
“Hermione Granger – Y6HK – Party + Hoodie – HK$600” or
“Hermione Granger – Y6HK – Party Only – HK$400” or
“Hermione Granger – Y6HK – Hoodie Only – HK$200”
Order Your Child’s Souvenir Hoodie
Once payment has been made, please send us an email at [email protected] to order your child’s souvenir graduation hoodie. Please put your child’s full name and class in the email title and your chosen hoodie size in the email.
Please find the size chart and design of the hoodie attached. Based on feedback from previous years, we suggest ordering adult sizes.
Please note that we are unable to give any refunds once your child’s place has been confirmed because the hotel & hoodie manufacturers do not accept cancellations.
